From the article:
Kendall Christian School is a family that works together with a spirit of compassion and grace with effective communication — all in a Christ-centered environment.
Employees enjoy team-building activities such as conferences, dinners and after-hours get-togethers. KCS provides a competitive pay scale, stipends and benefits, and offers ample personal time off.
It offers financial assistance for professional growth, along with fellowship and faculty-building activities throughout the school year. The administrators strive to communicate with the faculty and staff through an open-door policy, Office Manager Susie Fernandez says.
KCS has made it a priority to invest in the continuous education of its faculty. Teachers have been taken to special team-building and professional development conferences in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Orlando. Faculty and staff share a commitment to continuous spiritual and academic growth, which makes it possible for the school to carry out its mission statement.
Health, vision, dental and life insurance are offered to all full-time employees, and the school matches a percentage of retirement contribution.
