• Suzanne Bogdan is an attorney with Fisher & Phillips in Ft Lauderdale. She specializes in school law. Through the years, she has worked with many schools in CSF. A few years back, she presented at CSF, discussing labor law and its impacts on non-profits. We have asked Suzanne to return for another round of discussions. We are experiencing more and more complex issues that are impacting our schools. Ms. Bogdan will discuss topics related to defining sex and gender, how that can impact Christian schools, the challenges in accepting Federal funds, and the Early Learning Coalitions’ decision to do observations in schools receiving VPK funding. Etc. This will be a crucial meeting for our schools. We have many challenges in the future.
